About Our Livestock:

     We believe in holistically raising our animals with only as much interference as is needed to keep them safe and healthy. We do socialize our livestock to human handling, and they are raised outdoors in a closed setup. At present, our rabbits live in raised hutches to keep them safe from any nasty illnesses. This is a temporary arrangement, which we are implementing while we prepare to flame treat, then plant an enclosed pasture for them to enjoy. Meanwhile, they enjoy fresh cut organic fodder every day, which we grow right at home. We use our homegrown organic herbal and holistic remedies, without synthetic medicines. Every animal born on the farm is handled daily, and checked for any signs of poor health or temperament. At this time, we raise only Rex, New Zealand, and commercial breed composite rabbits.
