Cancellation Policy

     In keeping with the Sale Contract, the buyer must give the farm written notice via email to be sent to RivenzaleRidge@gmail.com if the buyer chooses to cancel the sale for any reason. If the buyer chooses to cancel the sale for any reason, the farm shall retain the non-refundable deposit and shall then have the right to make the animal(s) available for sale to other buyers. This notice must be received by the farm a minimum of 7 days before each animal is scheduled to leave the farm. Failure to provide notice of cancellation in the manner described above will result in assessment of boarding fees for failure to pick up the animal(s) in the amount of $5.00 for each animal per day every animal is held for a buyer who fails to collect the animal(s) or arrange for transport, up to a maximum of $420.00 for 84 days (12 weeks) per animal. Failure to submit all boarding fees within 30 days of failure to pick up the animal(s) will result in legal recourse.
     Rivenzale Ridge and its representatives reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time before the animal leaves the property at the sole discretion of the farm. The farm will not sell any animal which becomes sick or injured, develops an evident defect, or has come into contact with an evidently sick animal until such a time as the animal is deemed to be in good health by the farm. The farm reserves the right to transfer the non-refundable deposit to an animal the farm deems to be of similar quality and value in the event that a sale is canceled by the farm. In keeping with the Sale Contract, the buyer releases Rivenzale Ridge and its representatives from all obligation to sell any animal for which a sale may be canceled.

Shipping Policy

     As stated in the Sale Contract, we do not arrange transport for our livestock. We will gladly work with the transporter of the buyer's choice, provided that the pickup location is within Duval County. Scheduling and financing transportation is solely the buyer's responsibility. Transportation must be arranged a minimum of 7 days in advance for our farm to accommodate scheduling. We will not accommodate last minute transport requests. At this time, we are able to accommodate transport meetings on a rotating schedule. The buyer must contact the farm for availability details. No animals will be released from our custody for transport until all balances are paid in full. Buyer will be given proof of custody transfer at the time of pickup via photos. Failure to arrange transport or pickup constitutes cancellation of sale by the buyer, and shall be governed by the terms above.

Return & Exchange Policy

     As per our Sale Contract, all sales are final. All of our animals are healthy to the best of our knowledge. We will never knowingly sell a sick or injured animal. It is the buyer's responsibility to perform any desired health checks before leaving the property. We offer no guarantees regarding the health, reproductive capability, show potential, nor pet behavior for our animals once they leave our possession. The buyer accepts and assumes sole responsibility for all costs, all material damages, all losses, and all harm to person, flora, and fauna, which may arise after any purchased animal(s) leave the property. All of our animals are sold in "as-is" condition.

     No refund, full nor partial, of any sum may be expected by returning any animals to our farm. Should the buyer be unable to retain ownership of any animal(s) purchased from our farm, we may accept returned animals as a free service at the sole discretion of Rivenzale Ridge and its representatives. Availability, scheduling, and other restrictions apply. Contact the farm to initiate an animal return by email at RivenzaleRidge@gmail.com. Rivenzale Ridge and its representatives reserve the right to refuse the return of any animal at the sole discretion of the farm. This shall not be construed as an obligation on our part to accept the return of any animal(s) for any reason.

     No exchanges nor refunds may be expected in accordance with our Sale Contract. We reserve the right to determine each request for replacement submitted in writing on an individual basis at our sole discretion. Requests for replacement should be submitted to RivenzaleRidge@gmail.com and should include the date of purchase, reason for the request, and the animal(s) affected. All information will be verified through our sales records. We reserve the right to refuse all replacement requests at our sole discretion. This shall not be construed as an obligation on our part to replace any animal for any reason. This shall not be construed as an obligation on our part to replace any animal(s) for any reason.
